Terms of Service

By accessing or using AffyClip, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use AffyClip on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and meet the minimum age required by applicable law. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms where required.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and connected-account access.
• You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access or suspected security incidents.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law.

AffyClip may provide tools for generating and editing short-form content, organizing media, connecting social or video-platform accounts, scheduling content, publishing content, reviewing status, and displaying analytics.

Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued. We may impose usage limits, file limits, rate limits, storage limits, or eligibility requirements to protect the service and comply with third-party platform rules.

AffyClip may integrate with Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and other services. Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, fees, restrictions, and technical limitations.

• You authorize AffyClip to perform only the actions you request and approve.
• You are responsible for maintaining valid permissions and complying with each platform's rules.
• AffyClip is not responsible for third-party outages, account suspensions, API changes, or rejected content.
• Disconnecting an account may stop publishing, analytics, synchronization, or other connected features.

You retain ownership of content you submit to AffyClip. You grant AffyClip a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, transform, transmit, and display that content solely to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service you request.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have all required permissions and licenses.
• Your content and instructions do not violate law, privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or platform rules.
• Product claims, prices, disclosures, endorsements, and promotional statements are accurate and lawful.
• You will review content before publication where review is reasonably required.

AffyClip may use artificial intelligence to generate text, images, audio, video, recommendations, translations, or metadata. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to content generated for others, or unsuitable for your intended use.

AffyClip does not guarantee that generated content is unique, non-infringing, factual, commercially effective, or accepted by any third-party platform.

You may not use AffyClip to:

• Break any law, regulation, court order, or third-party platform rule.
• Impersonate others, mislead users, or create deceptive endorsements or synthetic identities presented as real.
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
• Publish spam, scams, malware, phishing, fraudulent offers, or manipulative engagement.
• Evade platform safeguards, access controls, rate limits, account restrictions, or moderation systems.
• Upload unlawful, abusive, hateful, exploitative, or harmful content.
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, resell, or misuse the service except as expressly permitted.
• Use automated activity in a way that risks account suspension or violates a platform's automation policy.

Paid plans, credits, usage charges, renewal terms, and taxes will be shown before purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may suspend paid features for overdue amounts, failed payments, suspected fraud, chargebacks, or abuse. Third-party processing fees and platform fees may apply separately.

AffyClip and its software, interface, branding, documentation, workflows, models, and service content are owned by AffyClip or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

You may stop using AffyClip at any time. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, address legal or security risk, prevent abuse, enforce these Terms, or respond to third-party platform requirements.

After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AffyClip is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, and compatibility with third-party services.

We do not guarantee views, followers, conversions, revenue, search ranking, account approval, monetization eligibility, or platform acceptance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AffyClip and its operators, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, revenue, profits, goodwill, account access, or business opportunity.

Where liability cannot be excluded, AffyClip's aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to AffyClip during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if you used only free services.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AffyClip and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another party's rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of AffyClip, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction over the operator's principal place of business will have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
