This policy applies to AffyClip services available through affyclip.com, including account registration, AI-assisted content creation, media management, social-platform integrations, analytics, and publishing tools.

Information you provide

• Name, email address, profile image, and account credentials.
• Content, prompts, images, videos, captions, product information, and other files you upload.
• Support messages, feedback, billing details, and communications with us.

Information collected automatically

• IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, and language.
• Login records, feature usage, error logs, security events, and approximate location derived from IP.
• Cookies and similar technologies used for authentication, preferences, security, and analytics.

Information from connected services

When you connect a third-party service, we may receive account identifiers, profile information, channel information, media metadata, publishing status, and other data permitted by the authorization scopes you approve.

If you connect a Google Account or YouTube channel, AffyClip accesses only the information authorized by you through Google's OAuth consent screen. Depending on the scopes requested, this may include basic profile information, channel information, video metadata, upload or publishing permissions, and analytics data.

We use Google user data only to provide user-facing features that you request, such as:

• Connecting and identifying your Google or YouTube account.
• Uploading, scheduling, managing, or displaying information about your content.
• Showing publishing status and authorized analytics inside AffyClip.
• Maintaining account security and troubleshooting integration errors.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising, credit decisions, surveillance, or unrelated profiling. We do not allow humans to read Google user data except when you grant permission, when required for security or support, when necessary to comply with law, or when the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

You may revoke AffyClip's access at any time from your Google Account security settings. Revoking access may disable connected features but does not automatically delete data already stored by AffyClip; you may request deletion as described below.

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve AffyClip.
• Generate, edit, organize, schedule, and publish content requested by you.
• Authenticate users and protect accounts, systems, and connected services.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions where applicable.
• Respond to support requests and send operational notifications.
• Analyze product performance using aggregated or de-identified information.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: hosting, storage, email, analytics, payment, security, and AI-processing providers that process data on our behalf.
• Connected platforms: when you instruct AffyClip to upload, publish, retrieve, or manage content through a third-party platform.
• Legal and safety reasons: where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, AffyClip, or the public.
• Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

AffyClip does not sell your personal information.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access controls, encryption in transit, logging, least-privilege access, and security monitoring. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate contractual and technical safeguards for international transfers.

We retain personal information only for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by data category.

Connected-account tokens are retained only while necessary to maintain the integration or until you disconnect the account, revoke authorization, or request deletion.

Subject to applicable law, you may request to:

• Access, correct, download, or delete your personal information.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
• Disconnect third-party accounts and revoke OAuth permissions.
• Opt out of non-essential marketing communications.

To request deletion of your AffyClip account or connected-platform data, email bricherx@icloud.com with the subject “AffyClip Data Deletion Request.” We may verify your identity before processing the request.

AffyClip is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age required in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or data practices. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email.
